Celebrating 10 years of Excellence in Arts Inspired Education
From Our Founder
"Welcome to CAPRICCIO PRIVATE SCHOOL – pioneering boutique, arts-inspired academic education in the heart of Cape Town’s beautiful Milnerton suburb, right here next to the ocean. Nothing in this world can be achieved without creativity – every person, every doctor, every sportsman or woman, every successful businessperson, is also an ‘artist’. Our goal in education is to provide a solid, Christian values-based academic and social education, preparing your child to become the very best he or she can be. Our hand-picked, nurturing staff accompany and encourage all CAPRICCIO learners to achieve their dreams by tapping into their individual talents and developing creativity in all aspects of early school life, guiding them towards becoming exceptional global citizens of tomorrow. Our focus is on the all-round, balanced development of our children that involves excellent arts-infused and creatively-inspired academic education across cognitive intelligence, physical skills and socio-emotional competencies. Your child’s unique journey at CAPRICCIO will enrich and equip them to conquer the intricate challenges of the future."

Capriccio Private School is an arts-powered, inspiring learning environment that offers learners a holistic and creative educational experience. Our innovative approach to pre- and primary education is specifically designed to provide learners with an enriched curriculum, incorporating elements of Montessori, Waldorf, and Reggio Emilia into the CAPS curriculum (the official national curriculum prescribed by the Department of Basic Education in South Africa), against the backdrop of our Christian ethos.
“Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.” – Albert Einstein At Capriccio Private School, we believe that education should be experienced as an enjoyable, inspiring adventure – The school should offer children a safe space and a sense of belonging in which to truly explore their creative potential in its widest sense. In the process, their curiosity should awaken naturally, gently propelling them forward to want to know more, subtly instilling in them a growth mindset and a life-long love of learning.
